As an Apprentice Trading Standards Professional, you’ll be working towards a recognised professional qualification (degree level). You will be supported through a structured training programme. With a defined career path, you will qualify as a Trading Standards Professional capable of working across various disciplines which may, depending on your option modules include, fair trading, feed/food, product safety, and weights and measures. You’ll also need good communication and customer service skills, high attention to detail, and great organisational skills.
