The post holder will need to be empathetic, adaptable, motivated and able to work creatively, under pressure, independently, as part of a team and with multiple stakeholders and partners. </p>\n<p>The role requires working with a variety of client groups with varying needs, some with multiple needs and behaviours that can be challenging; some being victims and perpetrators of serious crime.
