We are looking to appoint a Reviews Team Leader with technical and in-depth knowledge and understanding of homelessness and housing legislation. The successful candidate will lead and manage a team of specialist Reviews Officers to ensure that reviews are carried out within statutory timescales and to a high standard, providing casework supervision on complex cases and dressing any performance issues within the team.

You will be used to working in a fast-paced housing environment and be able to respond effectively and pro-actively to changing circumstances and employ a flexible, problem-solving mentality to overcome varied challenges.
