You will be responsible for our ITSM and ticketing system and make improvements where necessary.</p>\n<p class=\"customHTML\">Reporting directly to the ICT and Digital Services Manager, your keen organisation skills and utilisation of our ITSM system will allow you to capture detailed records and insight. You will also be responsible for development and appraisals of support team who will directly report to you.  </p>\n<p class=\"customHTML\">The Council is currently within a migration to Cloud and this role will be responsible and ensure best practice and innovation is the focal point of delivering these services to our staff. The role will be primarily on-site within the office, with occasional home working.
