If you have a passion for Mathematics and experience in delivering Mathematics programmes, at primary or secondary stages we would especially like to hear from you! The successful candidate will prepare and deliver lessons across the school. They will have pastoral responsibilities for a class group and will support the schools’ vision of raising aspiration for all pupils. The successful candidate will demonstrate: Knowledge and understanding of pupils with autism, speech, language and communication difficulties or a willingness to learn effective teaching strategies for our pupilsAn understanding, interest and passion in SEN, preferably with experience in working with pupils requiring additional support in accessing the curriculumThe ability to ensure aspirational pupil progress for all pupils, regardless of their prior attainment, which is usually significantly below age related expectations.The ability to work effectively within a team.
