We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic, motivated, and passionate individual, to join us. This role sits within our Adult Safeguarding team within the Local Authority Adult Social Care department, and you will benefit from a unique and enriching environment within an organisation that values strong leadership, a good work life balance, quality management and reflective supervision.
As a qualified Social Worker, you will hold the relevant qualification, skills, and experience to manage a varied caseload, balancing the needs of the person and the service. To fulfil this duty, you will work alongside individuals, their families and/or advocates and partner agencies to coordinate, gather and assess information relevant to the concerns. This will involve coordinating safeguarding enquiries, undertaking visits, attending safeguarding meetings, formulating assessments, coproduction of safety plans with adults at risk, and where required, complete detailed reports for individuals and relevant organisations such as the Court of Protection. You will hold professional curiosity and be able to demonstrate evidence informed decisions through the work you complete.
Newly Qualified Social workers will also be considered.
