You will also be able to engage effectively with a range of professionals and agencies to promote partnership working and have an understanding of the needs of children who are looked after and/or in need of protection.</p>\n<p><strong>Access to a vehicle for work purposes is a requirement.</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Thorough pre-employment screening is undertaken during the recruitment process.
