We are looking for social workers to join our older people, adult disability, integrated discharge service, Autism, safeguarding and connected lives gateway teams.
About you
Newly qualified Social Workers:
If you have recently completed your social work degree, you'll be enrolled onto our assessed and supported year in employment (ASYE) programme, with all the benefits and support available for a newly Qualified Social Worker.

Driving Roles Only: As part of this role, you will be required to travel to other HCC Sites/Residences either using your own mode of transport or a company car. In light of this, the ability to drive and/or travel around the County is required for this role a DVLA check will be required on appointment.
English Fluency: The ability to converse at ease with members of the public and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for the post (for those whose language is a signed language the provision of a sign language interpreter who speaks English to the necessary standard of fluency will be required). - actively undertake a specialist role e.g., AMHP, Practice Educator, Moving & Handling, Housing solutions lead or equivalent, or agreement to undertake at least one of these roles within the first year
- work at the required level of the professional capabilities' framework.
