Key Responsibilities:
- Support the creation of a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Help monitor and support children’s development and well-being.
- Build strong relationships with children and colleagues.
- Ensure the safety and hygiene standards are maintained at all times.
Requirements:
- A genuine passion for working with young children.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work on an as-needed basis.
- Previous experience in a childcare setting is a plus, but not essential.

This position is paid on Single Status Grade 2 at an hourly rate of £12.26.
