We are recruiting a Personal Assistant to Head of Customer and Digital Services at Caerphilly County Borough Council.
Working hours: 37 Hours (7.24 Monday – Friday)
Contract Type: Permanent/Full Time

This is an exciting opportunity to join Team Caerphilly and provide support across the wider Customer and Digital Services Team.
We pay an attractive salary of £30,559 - £33,366 and offer access to training and development opportunities.
The purpose of the role is to provide an efficient, effective and confidential support service to the Head of Customer and Digital Services and other departments, stakeholders, and customers, ensuring clear and timely communication.
The successful applicant will ensure all administrative and support requirements are met in an organised and timely fashion which is consistent with the operating practices of the business. You will manage calendars, schedule meetings, organise travel arrangements and ensure all logistical details are managed efficiently, and sensitive information is handled with discretion. You will also be responsible for providing administrative support to the MTC change programme.
For the role, we ask that you have:
- 5 GCSEs grades A*-C or equivalent. Or a relevant Level 2 qualification on the Credit and Qualifications Framework for Wales.
- Experience with a variety of IT applications including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- The ability to travel around the County Borough and beyond if required.
