If you are passionate about engaging diverse communities, growing and retaining audiences, and championing cultural experiences that are accessible and inclusive, this role is for you.</p>\n<p>As Development Officer, you will lead audience engagement initiatives across Mansfield Museum and Mansfield Palace Theatre, ensuring inclusivity and access for all. You will use data intelligence and insights to inform targeted marketing strategies and develop audience profiles.
