We have an exciting opportunity for a Social Worker within our Child Exploitation Team.</p><p>We are looking for a Social Work England registered Social Worker who is able to undertake a wide range of tasks focusing on helping children and their families who have been subject to Child exploitation.</p><p>Our brand new initiative: Connected Families intervention Practitioners (CFIP) means that our Social Workers are supported within a multi-agency team so allow the social worker to focus on direct work with children, with the CFIP practitioners offering direct support to parents / carers. Together CFIP practitioners and social workers they will co-produce family assessments and be involved in regular multi agency peer supervisions. </p><p>The person we are looking for will need to be passionate about supporting children who have been exploited so we require someone who </p><ul>\n<li>has knowledge of exploitation and contextual safeguarding </li>\n<li>is able to build networks around the child, young person and family, </li>\n<li>can provide community-based support which enhances placement stability </li>\n<li>has experience of liaising with key agencies to gather information relevant to the provision of an effective safeguarding service and care provision to children, and young people.</li>\n</ul><p>Please note, we will not be able to consider any candidates who are not Social Work England Registered.</p><p><br></p><p><span><span class=\"fr-mk\"> </span><span> </span><span> </span></span></p><p><span>To apply for this role please follow the ‘Apply Now’ button above.
