Hold responsibility for the line management of employees, including performance management, recruitment and selection, team building, employee development, sickness absence management and discipline.</p>\n<p>You will need to either hold or be willing to work towards Food hygiene certificate and a Personal Licence.</p>\n<p>A full current UK driving licence is essential, as the post holder will be required to work across different sites to suit business needs. As a result you will be required to sign up to the authorised external DVLA driving licence validation organisation that we use to manage and monitor our employees driving licence data.</p>\n<p>This post is permanent. The hours of work for this position are 37 per week, working 5 out of 7 days on a rota basis including evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays. This post is based at The Storey.</p>\n<p>The Council currently operates an excellent Flexible Working Hours Scheme which applies to this post. The Role
