At Civitas Academy we are seeking a dedicated ASLFO to join our Team. We pride ourselves on high expectations for academic achievement, behaviour, and an inclusive, engaging curriculum.

We are seeking a dedicated ASLFO to oversee three key areas:
- Attendance: Managing and improving attendance, supporting families, and liaising with staff and professionals to ensure pupils’ needs are met.
- Safeguarding: Supporting the safeguarding team with case management, record-keeping, reporting, and staff training.
- First Aid and Medical Needs: Acting as the lead for first aid, administering care, managing medication, and maintaining accurate records.
This full-time, term-time role requires flexibility, with occasional work beyond standard hours. You’ll report to the Deputy Headteacher and DSL and work closely with the leadership team.
