You will  support the development and raise awareness of our aspirations for the progression to employment of young people, particularly for vulnerable groups.</p>\n<b>Main Responsibilities</b><br><p>The post provides a varied workload which will include:</p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>The development and execution of strategies which enhance the learning offer for young people.</li>\n\t<li>Management of sustainable relationships with key partners and stakeholders in the learning and skills sector.</li>\n\t<li>Provision of expert advice to ensure cost-effective and appropriate support for Post 16 young people with SEND in FE and specialist provision.</li>\n\t<li>Design and lead on projects that maximise the opportunities and benefits of participating in education and training.</li>\n\t<li>Programme and performance management of delivery providers.</li>\n</ul>\n<b>The Ideal Candidate</b><br><p>You will have:</p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Qualification in education, training or SEND (e.g. trained assessor, teacher) or significant sector experience.</li>\n\t<li>Experience in project development and management, collaborating with various stakeholders to achieve results.</li>\n\t<li>Proven ability to manage and inspire a multidisciplinary team.</li>\n\t<li>An understanding of the current challenges facing local government in post-16 education and SEND</li>\n\t<li>Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail that can be demonstrated.</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p><strong>Interviews will take place week commencing 28th October 2024.</strong></p>\n\n<p>Don't feel you meet all the requirements?
