You will (depending on the requirement) be based at various locations across the Island; and as well as assisting members of the public, you’ll patrol parking areas, monitor ticket machines and issue Penalty Charge Notices.</p>\n<p>Experience in a customer-facing environment, a full driving licence, and the ability to work well as part of a team, are essential.  As Civil Enforcement Officers represent the public face of the Council, a calm and tactful personality is imperative.</p>\n<p>The flexibility to work a shift system including early mornings, evenings, weekends and some Bank Holidays is important.</p>\n<p>It is essential that the successful candidate holds English and Maths GCSE grades 4/C or above, or equivalent.
