In this role you will be part of the team who manage and maintain our parks and open spaces and the grounds and communal areas of our housing and sheltered housing schemes across Adur.</p>\n<p>As the Team Leader you should have experience in managing a team and have strong organisational and supervision skills alongside 5 or more years of experience in grounds maintenance or related industry.
