Multi-faceted programme with key senior stakeholder engagement requiring strong management of plans and milestones, monitoring and action tracking, production of outputs and working at pace.</li>\n<li>Experience in designing highway schemes from feasibility through to detailed design in accordance with relevant UK standards (DMRB, Manual for streets, MCHW, among others) as well as producing high standard professional written technical reports.</li>\n<li>Interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, comfortable working with a diverse range of personalities as you will be liaising and maintaining a good relationship with internal and external clients answering queries and responding to technical issues, provide support, and ensure that we deliver successful outcomes, which add improvement to services, customer outcomes, and savings.</li>\n<li>Pre-empt problems and resolve quickly to protect projects. Work with all parties in a collaborative manner and make decisions to ensure projects and tasks are on time and budget</li>\n<li>Planning, communication and organisational skills, including the ability to manage several work streams simultaneously and communicate effectively with senior client representatives</li>\n<li>Able to lead, manage and develop project teams or work streams as part of larger projects or programmes</li>\n<li>Creative, curious and growth mindset</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Candidate requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in efficiently using AutoCAD Civils 3D software to produce Highway plans.</li>\n<li>Experience of managing and delivering projects from concept design through to construction and highways. With a minimum of 4 years’ experience</li>\n<li>Experience of procurement and managing NEC contracts</li>\n<li>Experience of managing contractors, consultants and other advisors on infrastructure projects</li>\n<li>Degree or HND qualification in Civil Engineering, construction or infrastructure related subject, or equivalent experience.
