We are looking for an enthusiastic communicator who is reliable and passionate when it comes to accurate record keeping with a strong focus on excellent customer service.
About the team…
Join our Reactive Maintenance and Highways and Transport department for a role that's both busy and diverse. Collaborating with colleagues in Finance and Legal Services, as well as our Team Maintenance Contractor, to ensure Bracknell meets its responsibilities and delivers on its duties. Strong communication skills are essential, along with the interpersonal abilities required to work effectively within a team and engage with a wide range of professionals.
Key responsibilities...
- Primarily responsible for the preparation and administration of highways and street lighting rechargeable works.
- To assist and support the Reactive Maintenance team with technical administration tasks specific to street lighting and highway maintenance.
- Primarily responsible for liaising with members of the public, Parish/Town Councils' and other internal and external bodies as required in relation to street lighting enquiries, including the drafting of correspondence.
