Managing our property portfolio presents a variety of exciting challenges and opportunities for property professionals looking to make an impact.</p>\n<p>You will be part of a small and supportive team dedicated to delivering professional valuation and estates services to the Council. This includes managing a diverse portfolio of over 200 commercial properties, as well as the Council’s corporate and operational estate.</p>\n<p>You will help the organisation gain a clearer understanding of how our buildings are used, providing recommendations for investment, disposal, and income generation.
