You’ll manage the accounts payable function including the line management of 2 members of staff, ensuring that processes in the function continue to develop in line with the ‘Financial Services’ service plan, as well as providing strategic and operational procurement guidance and consultancy advice to all Service Units.</p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>About you</strong></p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p>You will need to have experience of procurement in the Public Sector, with extensive experience of developing contracts and associated procedures in consultation with stakeholders.
