The course is delivered weekly online with the possibility of two residential weeks per year. </p>\n<p> On the days when you are not attending taught classes you will work in the team supporting the Building Control team and learning on the job. </p>\n<p> This role offers an opportunity to work in a busy high-profile environment, so practical experience of working in Building Control or other regulatory settings is desirable. </p>\n<p> As knowledge and competence develops, you will be required to undertake a case load of reactive work, including responding to and investigating complaints, as well as proactive project work, enforcement and educational activities where required. </p>\n<p> This role and progression will depend upon successful completion of the level 4 and 5 diplomas and obtaining your Registered Building Inspector licence. </p>\n<p> This role will require regular travel to sites.
