Crucially, you’ll also help us to develop, deliver and evaluate projects that relate to tackling health inequalities. What’s more, you’ll help us to develop services, new approaches and play a key part in needs assessments and service reviews.  </p>\n<p><strong>What </strong><strong>you’ll need </strong> </p>\n<p>To join us, you’ll need a mix of relevant qualifications with at least one being at level 4 or above, and extensive experience in the sport and physical activity sector. Your track record includes involvement in securing funding, project management and the development of approaches to change services and outcomes. You’ve used evidence-based project, change and performance management techniques to drive successful change.
