This is an exciting time to join the County and be part of a new specialist Mental Health Social Work Service, that incorporates Older People's and Working Age Mental Health Social Work Teams and a Countywide AMHP Service.

We have the following permanent dedicated Approved Mental Health Professional (AMHP) Hub Senior Social Work Practitioner grade 12 post available:
*Rolling rota. This involves working an 8 week repeating pattern that essentially consists of 7-3 shifts one week and 2-10pm another and includes some weekend hours, bank holidays (additional pay when worked) with an enhancement of 18%.

This role will involve a combination of going out to assess under MHA and working as a lead to take referrals and triage / prioritise according to risk.
The base location for this role is Bridge House, Worthing but generally this role is remote working. Please note that the AMHP hub covers the whole of WSCC.
