This is an fantastic time to join the Children’s Residential Service as we continue to expand our service provision.
We are excited to announce we are opening up 6 new homes which will provide a total of 12 beds for children/young people. We have several positions to fill and you will be based in Staffordshire county.
We provide high quality placements and dedicated support to children and young people to achieve and fulfil their potential.
You will be working as part of a service with experienced managers who are managing our current homes and have passion and dedication to the service for children and young people who are cared by us.
We currently have five children’s homes, comprising of:
You will be need to be registered with Ofsted which will include an application to Ofsted, and you will be required to complete a health questionnaire. You will then be required to complete a ‘fit person’ interview with an inspector from Ofsted. Please access the link for further information.

You will be required to be part of an on-call rota and depending on service need, you may be required to provide cover for our other homes. A standby payment is paid for on-call.
