Thus, they are a happy and hard-working team, infused with a sense of harmony and <br>aspiration for themselves and their pupils”.</p>\n<p>We have high expectations of our team and in return we value everyone highly. Our school has <br>grown significantly over the past 10 years and is now a thriving two form entry primary academy <br>with 431 pupils aged 3-11years.</p>\n<p>All staff are employed by the school, including premises and grounds, childcare and catering teams <br>and everyone contributes to whole school evaluation, improvement planning, ethos and reflection.</p>\n<p>We have developed our own bespoke curriculum, written by our teachers for our pupils and reviewed <br>regularly by our Trust to ensure we continue to be ambitious and motivating for our learners. This in <br>turn upskills our teachers and makes them expert in their subject knowledge and ability to plan for <br>progression as well as providing them with the freedom to be creative in their delivery.</p>\n<p>Our team is motivated by research and leaders are skilled at analysing data to inform development. <br>We confidently hold each other to account and work with our Trust and Governors to continuously <br>improve. We have an average proportion of disadvantaged pupils, with a higher than average <br>number of SEND pupils due to our inclusive reputation.</p>\n<p>We recently installed two new classrooms and provided an infant nurture room to support our <br>growing school population. We have a regular full intake in F2 and our families provide us with <br>challenge and engagement to deliver the best for our pupils.</p>\n<p>Christ Church children are lively, inquisitive and loving. They are enthusiastic to help others in school <br>and in their community and regularly take on roles and responsibilities across the school. They are <br>keen to voice their opinions, but also need support to build their self-confidence and manage their <br>worries. We have many programs and well trained staff to help our pupils, but in our ever changing, <br>fast paced world we recognise that we need to work hard with children and families to help them <br>build resilience, independence, self-belief and perseverance so that they may achieve their best.</p>\n<p>Our Christian faith is at the centre of each and every aspect of our day; from the care and love given <br>to pupils to encouraging them to question and explore their world, we are committed to <br>strengthening our Christian values whilst also learning from our pupils and families of other faiths.</p>\n<p>We chose to convert to an academy in 2018 and have excellent links with our Trust and Chester <br>Diocese whilst also maintaining our local Geographical links with neighbouring schools.
