The community provision supports up to 41 learners in Cheshire West and Chester who cannot attend school due to their physical or mental health problem. - Monitoring progress of EHCP learners on single registration in respect of their EHCP targets
- Leading EHCP reviews for single registered learners

- Supporting staff with training and strategies for young people with SEN
- Attending SENCO forums and disseminating information
- Implement and sometimes delivering interventions, and evaluating effectiveness of these across the school
