About The Job
Salary: NJC Grade 12 £46,731 to £49,764 + enhancement for late and weekend shifts
Working Pattern: Full time
Contract Length: 4 months
Location: Worthing
The working pattern for this AMHP role consists of a combination of 3 late shifts 13:00-22:00 then 1 night 20:00-7.30 followed by 4 rest days, on a rolling basis. AMHP Grade 12 SSWP 30 hours per week (plus enhancements).
The role will includes some weekend hours, bank holidays (additional pay when worked) with an enhancement of 18% pro rata for the late shifts and a 45% for the nights. The bank holiday's that are contractual will be paid with an additional double time of basic salary.
The ideal candidate would be interested in the opportunity to cover both annual leave and sickness, particularly of the night shifts but also other shifts that form the 24/7 rota pattern.

This role will involve a combination of going out to assess under MHA and working as a lead to take referrals and triage / prioritise according to risk.
The base location for this role is Bridge House, Worthing but generally this role is remote working. Please note that the AMHP hub covers the whole of WSCC.
