We're investing in our statutory SEND workforce.<br><br><strong>What does the role involve?</strong><br>We've got opportunities for SEND Casework Team Leaders within our School Age Reviews Team, and Resolutions Team.<br><br> School Age Reviews <br><br>You'll be overseeing EHC Coordinators, who are responsible for Education, Health, and Care Annual Reviews, for school age children. The team focuses on coordinating professionals across education, health and care and coproducing plans and provision with families of school age children.<br><br>You'll support your team to coproduce Education Health and Care plans in a person-centred way, maintaining excellent communication and quality standards. You'll keep an eye on the data and performance of the team, ensuring that we meet our statutory timescales.<br><br>You'll provide line management and supervision to the team, ensuring that every member of the team delivers our statutory SEND obligations and works to achieve the overall service targets and development plan.
