We are seeking an experienced Environmental Health Officer with a background working in Environmental Protection to join our experienced, supportive and enthusiastic team.
You’ll have the opportunity to undertake diverse and interesting work while being actively supported in your career development. Your duties will cover all aspects of the environmental protection service including nuisance investigations, planning and licensing consultations, animal welfare licensing, street trading consents, scrap metal dealers, private water supplies, and air quality and contaminated land work.
You must have a qualification in Environmental Health and have experience of working in a Local Authority setting.
Occasional evening and weekend work may be required.
