Assist and support the Principal and Senior Technicians in relation to providing technical support, in connection with the Council's asset register and unregistered land and property holdings; and maintenance of the Asset Register and Terrier systems.
Assist in the delivery, maintenance and continual improvement of the Asset Register and Terrier systems by capturing and verifying geographic and textual data from transfer documentation, conveyances, leases and tenancies, etc., and inputting information onto computerised systems and to be a point of contact for the Council in respect of general land ownership enquiries
