Medway Youth Service is recruiting youth support workers for multiple areas throughout Medway. We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated people, with good communications skills who are interested in making a positive difference to young people’s lives. Youth Support Workers engage with young people aged 8-19 in youth centres, parks, shopping areas, and other places where they meet. You will be required to deliver youth work activities /programmes in line with the Youth Service curriculum, promoting personal and social development skills.

We are looking for individuals with a variety of skills to join our diverse team of Youth Workers. We welcome applications from people who have lived experience of some of the challenges facing young people.
Session starting times vary but are three hours each within the times of 3pm and 9pm.
