Working positively in partnership with parents/carers whilst creating a safe and nurturing environment as part of the nursery team.<br><br>We are proud of our strong Children's Centre links and the shared core values which are embedded throughout our nursery. We work closely with our families and have effective partnerships with a range of agencies including Family Support Workers, Social Workers and Health Visitors, towards improving the outcomes for our children.<br><br><strong>This position is exempt under the provisions of the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions) Order 1975 and is subject to an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check.</strong><br><br>Valid driving licence and own transport, or be able to provide alternative, suitable method of travel is an essential condition for this role.<br><br><strong>This is a fixed term contract for 12 months, on a term-time only basis. </strong><br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong><br> <br>They will be reliable and patient, whilst working under the direction of their room lead, has the confidence to use their initiative and work on their own.<br><br>They will use their knowledge of the EYFS framework and child development to support children's learning and development, whilst keeping them safe. <br><br><strong>About You</strong> <br> <br>We are looking for an inspirational, professional Early Years practitioner who will understand and value the importance of providing outstanding learning and care in a fun, safe environment, giving all children a positive and successful start in life.
