collection processes run smoothly.</p>\n<p>Coordinate legal actions related to arrears, including court appearances and evictions.</p>\n<p>Work with external agencies (e.g., Housing Benefits, DSS) to resolve tenant payment issues and maximize income.</p>\n<p><strong>Required Skills and Experience:</strong></p>\n<p>Knowledge of housing and welfare benefits.</p>\n<p>Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise with diverse stakeholders, including tenants, external agencies, and legal representatives.</p>\n<p>Experience in rent collection and arrears management.</p>\n<p>Good numerical skills and experience using IT systems for rent control and data management.</p>\n<p>Ability to work in a customer-focused environment, providing efficient support and handling tenant complaints Job Purpose:
