About the role
Seaford Head School is seeking to make a new appointment to work within its experienced and successful Pastoral Team based within our Sixth Form provision.
The candidate will be accountable to an Assistant Headteacher with responsibility for issues related to attendance, punctuality, behaviour, uniform and standards.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, exceptionally well organised and a good team player. Good communication skills and the ability to relate well to both adults and children is essential, as well as experience working in an education environment.

Work Permits: we may be able to obtain a Work Permit for this post but this is subject to meeting the requirements of the UK Border Agency’s Points-based Immigration System.
