The successful candidates would ideally have:</p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>A recognised child care qualification at Level 2 or above</li>\n\t<li>Experience of working with pupils with SEND</li>\n\t<li>Knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Curriculum and Makaton would be beneficial</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p>However, the main characteristics we are looking for are candidates who are patient, kind and empathetic towards children with special needs. Everything else can be taught but the desire to support our most vulnerable children is something candidates will demonstrate.</p>\n\n<p>All Saints CE Primary School is a one-form entry primary school situated in Sidley, Bexhill.
