Our residents can present with challenging behaviour and it is important that you are <strong>compassionate, with excellent communication skills and a calm, professional demeanour.</strong> You will need to have basic IT skills, be able to adapt to different situations and have the motivation to provide the very best care for our residents at all times.</p>\n<p>You will be joining a supportive and experienced team and we will provide you with the training and support required to succeed in this role.
