You will have a good understanding of current best practice especially British Standard BS 3998-2010- Tree Works, recommendations and the ability to consider the right pruning techniques for individual trees.</p>\n<p class=\"customHTML\">The applicant must be hardworking, able to work on their own initiative and within a team. You will have knowledge of all areas of current legislation and best practice in the industry, excellent understanding of climbing equipment, the ability to operate handsaw/chainsaws and mechanical devices, work in all weather conditions, work as a member of the grounds maintenance team when needed, be physically fit to lift heavy objects and have good communications skills.</p>\n<p class=\"customHTML\">This role will require a reasonable standard of physical fitness and involves working outdoors in all weathers, at height and in difficult terrain at times</p>\n<p class=\"customHTML\">Good communication skills are essential for this role alongside a self-disciplined outlook. The ability to lead by example, strive for best practice, be open, honest and trustworthy are fundamental.</p>\n<p class=\"customHTML\">If you are looking to progress and develop your career in arboriculture and grounds maintenance, this would be a great opportunity.</p>\n<p class=\"customHTML\">Full PPE and training will be provided as part of our ongoing commitment to maintaining and improving a competent workforce.
