As a key member of the team, you'll be responsible for managing all aspects of mortuary operations, including admission, identification, and storage of deceased bodies. You'll work closely with clinicians and other professionals to ensure high standards of post-mortem care and support the investigation process. This varied role also involves assisting pathologists with forensic cases, collaborating with emergency services, and facilitating viewings and identifications with the Coroner's Office. Experience in high risk and forensic post-mortems would be welcomed.</strong></p> <p>You will have good technical knowledge of mortuary policy, procedure, and human anatomy. As well as a good understanding of health and safety legislation and working in compliance with SOP and HTA guidelines. </p> <p>You will be a resilient individual, you will have the ability to deal with difficult situations and manage sensitive information securely.
