You’ll undertake comprehensive budget management, including the production of financial reports and monitoring cash flow projections.   </p>\n<p>You’ll manage assigned projects or programs, ensuring they are delivered to the expected standard. Providing expert building surveying and technical advice to various stakeholders is also a key aspect of your responsibilities.  </p>\n<p>You’ll also build and maintain effective relationships with providers, partners, and stakeholders. You’ll drive service improvements by developing performance indicators, monitoring service delivery, and implementing enhancements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.   </p>\n<p>Additionally, you’ll act as the Principal Designer to coordinate health and safety on all projects, ensuring that project and design risk management processes are in place. </p>\n<p><strong>The ideal candidate</strong> </p>\n<p>You should be educated to ONC level and be a member of CIOB, or possess equivalent relevant experience. A PRINCE2 certification or relevant project management qualification is also desirable.  </p>\n<p>You’ll be able to demonstrate experience of building surveying in the Housing or Property Sector, as well as managing refurbishment contracts and programmes. It is also essential that you have experience monitoring risks relating to contracting and developing mitigation plans.  </p>\n<p>You’ll have budgeting and financial management skills, with a comprehensive knowledge of M&E, building construction, maintenance techniques, and building contract law.
