You’ll provide prompt and accurate consultation services, plan and deliver statutory consultation documentation, and ensure timely responses to leaseholder observations. </p>\n<p>You’ll also work collegiately with multiple services across Housing, delivering exceptional services to leaseholders. You’ll have the opportunity to be creative, managing a Home Ownership panel with your team and driving improvements with your own caseload of leaseholders.  </p>\n<p><strong>The ideal candidate</strong> </p>\n<p>You’ll be detail oriented and focussed, with a keen interest in legislation and Housing. You should be enthusiastic about working in a team where the shared goal is to deliver fantastic services to Brent’s leaseholders. </p>\n<p>You’ll be innovative, unafraid to have ideas and opinions on how we can grow and improve.
