A good knowledge of the SEN Code of Practice and legislation pertaining to SEN young people is required. You will work independently and plan and deliver your caseload across several schools/colleges and with NEET young people to meet Service objectives. You will work closely and jointly with other Careers Advisers and the broader Careers team. You will need to keep up to date on changes and developments within the sector. You will be a registered member of the CDI and committed to ongoing learning and development.
