The School Placement Support Team are responsible for working with children and young people identified at risk of permanent exclusion and supporting them within their current school as well as staff at the school with strategies to support the child or young person within the school.<br><br>In this role, you will be required to undertake a number of diverse specialist or technical activities within the Education Partnership Service, using skills that would have been gained through formal qualifications and/or considerable relevant work experience. The Role
