The team will operate in pairs and will help provide a range of activities, mentoring, support and provide information and guidance to young people through a detached youth work model.</p>\n<p>As a Detached Youth Worker, you will work as part of a small team of youth workers, working with young people on the streets in their territory. The Detached Youth Worker will also be responsible for planning and delivering a programme of led by and supported by the young people.</p>\n<p>You will develop strong links with partners and the surrounding community to help meet the needs of the young people and community; to provide a holistic programme of work, whilst also addressing barriers some young people may face.</p>\n<p>Based remotely on a detached basis, you will also have experience of working face to face with young people in a variety of settings.
