The MASH team provides short term intervention with children and families, working in partnership with parents and other professionals so that the right services can be provided longer term.</p> <p><strong>Your New Role:</strong></p> <p>You will process initial contacts and referrals from other agencies such as the Police, Probation and Education and members of the public.  You will deal with correspondence, data entry, and telephone referrals. You will triage Education Health Care Plans and gather information for police meetings. You will use IT systems to interrogate information and complete admin tasks, and support Ofsted inspections, providing special administrative support to inspectors. You have an excellent telephone manner and can respond appropriately to enquiries from parents/carers who may be anxious or emotional. You are organised, proactive, and have good attention to detail. You have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and confidence using IT systems to undertake admin tasks.
