The role also includes offering progression advice and support for young people identified within the NEET prevention/re-engagement programmes.  You will work across the full ability range in schools, including those with SEND, and provide targeted interventions for those in vulnerable groups. You will share effective practice across the team and providing advice and guidance to others in the team for your area of specialism. You will build positive relationships with colleagues and young people, managing your caseload and working flexibly. You have knowledge of current careers education and guidance theory and practice, GATSBY benchmarks, safeguarding, equality and diversity and the importance of confidentiality. You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and proven ability to implement and evidence progression, change and positive outcomes for young people.</span></p> <p><span>You have a Level 6 Diploma in Career Guidance and Development or equivalent.
