We are looking to recruit an effective, child-centred and compassionate Team Manager to work within our Support and Protect Teams in Sefton. The Team Manager will manage a team of an Assistant Team Manager, 5 Social Workers and 2 Family Support Workers.
The key priority for the Team Manager will be driving planning forward in order to achieve positive outcomes, and legal, physical and psychological permanence for children subject to child in need and child protection plans, as well as those Cared for Children who are subject to care proceedings.
The successful applicant will be aspirational in their work with children, young people and families and have a strong value base which influences their practice
