As Trust SENCO the successful candidate will work with the Trust Senior Leadership teams to lead and manage: </p>\n\n<p> </p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>The development and implementation of SEND policies and procedures including preparing the Local Offer. </li>\n\t<li>The EHCP review process across the Trust </li>\n\t<li>The placement consultation review and response process across the Trust </li>\n\t<li>The transition process for new pupils / students joining the Trust </li>\n\t<li>The tribunal process including representing the Trust </li>\n\t<li>The accountability for the pupils / students who receive the pupil premium</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p> </p>\n\n<p>The Southfield Trust comprises 4 outstanding special schools in Eastbourne, one of which has The Southfield Centre, a specialist facility to support the needs of pupils with complex medical needs.
