You’ll also assist in preparing the Housing Asset Management Strategy, investment options, cost modelling, and work programmes.</p>\n<p>Furthermore, you’ll use your project management skills to manage assigned projects or programmes, ensuring that agreed outcomes are delivered on time, within budget, and to the expected standard.</p>\n<p><strong>The ideal candidate</strong></p>\n<p>You will have a degree-level education or equivalent relevant experience, with chartered status and full membership of RICS, RIBA, CIOB, or CIBSE being highly desirable.</p>\n<p>You’ll possess extensive experience in developing effective contract specifications and procurement documents, along with a thorough knowledge of procurement legislation, social housing maintenance, and refurbishment contracts.</p>\n<p>Strong budget management experience is essential, as is proven experience working with contractors and consultants in a service delivery environment.</p>\n<p>You’ll have an excellent understanding of the financial and technical aspects of contracts, contract procurement, and accounting.
