This role will require you to make complex decisions and carry out reflective supervision. The successful applicant will work closely with the service manager in order to develop practice and lead the team through service priorities and changes.</p>\n<p class=\"Body\"><strong>What you’ll need</strong></p>\n<p class=\"Body\">To join us, you’ll need to have a recognized social work qualification and be registered with Social Work England. You’ll need to be an Approved Mental Health Professional and have comprehensive experience of working with individuals suffering from chronic and enduring mental disorder.  You will have experience in leading a team, supervising and supporting social workers and students in developing practice. You will be expected to produce high quality reports, collaborating with various agencies, and interpreting case law and legislation. Working knowledge of equal opportunity and anti-oppressive practice are vital. We’ll expect you to be a skilled communicator and a flexible, creative practitioner; determined to make the most of this unique opportunity. As a Team Manager we will expect you to have exceptional leadership skills with experience of working with a team to change and develop their practice.
